Reporting job, internship and co-op placements helps NIU Career Services to capture valuable data for future students.

  • Students, please let us know if you have obtained a position.
  • Employers, please let us know if you have hired an NIU student or alumnus.

Online Placement Reporting Forms

  • Full-Time Placement Form (post-grad)
    Use this form to report placement of a recent or soon-to-be NIU graduate or alumnus in a full-time position.
  • Part-Time Placement Form (JLD)
    Use this form to report placement of a current NIU student in a part-time, temporary position.
  • Internship/Co-op Placement Form
    Use this form to report placement of a current NIU student in an internship/co-op position.
